- Provide support for computer users, including hardware, software, and network installations to meet personal computer needs
- Conduct Windows 11 upgrades and deploy replacement machines
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with single or multiple systems, which may involve coordinating with vendors
- Perform diagnostic reviews and create error reports as needed to resolve issues
- Support computer-related projects, policy implementation, and studies in the assigned area
- Assist in developing standardized operational management reports to identify and address system issues
- Research and analyze hardware/software options, making recommendations and providing purchasing information to meet user needs
- Diagnose and resolve moderate end-user issues with hardware/software, including remote access software
- Set up new computers and coordinate workstation upgrades or replacements
- Assist with the deployment of new software platforms
- Track user requests and maintain complete case histories, verifying resolution before closing cases
- Provide Tier-1 support during peak hours and high-demand situations after necessary training
Required Skills
- Proficiency in M365/O365 migrations (mandatory)
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions; Intune preferred (other platforms acceptable)
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and terminology
- Basic problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow ticketing system
- Experience with Palo Alto VPN application in desktop support
Required Experience
- 4 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma, or
- 2 years of experience with an Associate's Degree or Technical School Certificate
