What will you be doing?
* Problem-solve: Analyze and recommend innovative solutions to technical and business problems ensuring effective customer service to resolve issues swiftly and accurately which meet business needs
* Support the business: Plan, administrate, and deliver infrastructure technology to the business
* Determine best practices: Assist in defining standards, procedures, and policies for hardware installation, administration, and support
* Collaborate with IS partners: Gather workstation software requirements for new/updated applications and configurations, packaging/testing vendor software, and workstation infrastructure change

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!
* Bachelor of Science (BS) Information Systems or related field preferred
* 1-3 years' experience in the field or in related area or demonstrated ability
* Proven ability to problem-solve required
