Dealerships are open 9 am-6 pm Monday-Friday and 9 am-4 pm Saturdays.Paid time off includes vacation, holidays, your birthday, sick and personal time.Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k), with company contribution.Company-paid life insurance.What You'll Do:Maintain the dealership inventory by cleaning, inspecting, and preparing vehicles for sale.Maintain the appearance of the dealership/lot, including snow removal, and landscaping.Evaluate all vehicles for safety, and any maintenance repairs that need to be addressed before the vehicle is staged for sale.Ensure that the vehicles and dealership are following our Lot Presentation guidelines.Assist the collections team with repossession and field collections following the Company guidelines.What You'll Bring:High school diploma or equivalentCustomer service experience preferredMust be 18 years of ageAbility to communicate effectivelyA valid state driver's license, with limited moving violations within the last 3 yearsStrong attention to detailSuperior Auto is an Equal Opportunity Employer
