Create and execute project preplanning activities with subcontractors. Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods. Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules.

Description
Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Create meaningful relationships with clientele through regular communication.
- Understand and treat our clients with respect.
- Conduct Orientations with clients and owners during the construction experience.
- Develop lasting partnerships with vendors by ensuring they can efficiently complete their job and make a profit.
- Utilize technology for scheduling, processing payments and communication.
- Project scheduling and coordination of all construction activity on their project.
- Report, document, and schedule all inspections,
- Monitor site safety and SWPPP and work with 3rd party inspectors in these areas.
- The ability to direct and maintain an efficient building process.
- Oversee all phases of the vertical construction process.
- Produce weekly project schedule updates.
- Read specifications and blueprints, to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures.
- Order or request material and supplies.
- Manage site cleanliness.
- Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure specifications are met.
Profile
- Associates degree preferred with 3 or more years of relevant experince.
- Associates degree can be substituted with experince as a Construction Manager/Superintendent.
- Experience in Multi Family and Commercial development preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Effective time management skills to manage a busy work environment. The ability to schedule and organize multiple jobs is critical.
- Microsoft productivity experience preferred, but not required.
- Procore experince preferred, but not required.
- Must be extremely organized.
- Must be able to physically walk job sites of up to 5 stories by stairs for long periods of time.
