A leading data center developer are recruiting for a Development Associate to join their rapidly growing development team in Denver, Colorado.

The Development Associate will work on tasks related to West Coast developments. The work will include due diligence, zoning, and puposing on potential sites.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in real estate (ideally 4-7 years)
• Strong educational background (an MBA is desirable but not mandatory)
• Living within a commutable distance to Downtown Denver
