Project ManagementAct as project manager for all direct response projects by ensuring projects are created in Asana, tasks are assigned, deadlines are met or adjusted where appropriate, stakeholders are consulted when neededRequest project bids from external vendors and support operations team in submitting requisitions, obtaining purchase orders, and invoicingProvide initial review of art, copy, setups, and proofsSupport collaborators by providing reminders of project details and next stepsDataManage Salesforce data needs as well as EveryAction imports and exports for individual giving needsGather, review, and analyze data as it relates to individual giving fundraising strategiesTrack donor interactions, manage gift and constituent record corrections/adjustments as needed, and fulfill special reporting requests; serve as a primary point of contact with the development operations teamsAdminProvide direct schedule and administrative support to the individual giving teamProvide administrative support for department and external meetings including agenda preparation, reservations, coordinating equipment and supplies, setup/cleanup, meeting minutes, and action item follow-upCoordinate legacy gift administration, including documents for new gift commitments and realized bequestsDonor supportCoordinate, track and execute donor appreciation and cultivation efforts for individual giving donors; prepare materials for donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship meetingsTracking donor interactions to ensure accurate account of all constituent contact in donor databaseDirectly interact with donors, including answering development and organization inquiries, and coordinating individual and planned giving informationNON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships among staff, donors, and volunteers
- Work with/supervises volunteers/interns as applicable
- Attend major development events and donor cultivation events as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONSAbility to perform the duties described above. A typical means of acquiring those abilities would be:
- Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience
- 1-5 years relevant work experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy; nonprofit experience a plus
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint); demonstrated ability to quickly learn various software programs and application portals
- Salesforce database experience preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel
