Development Corporate and Foundation Relations Director, Institutional Advancement
POSITION DETAILS
The Development Corporate and Foundation Relations Director, reporting to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Hunter College, will design, implement, and manage a comprehensive strategy to secure corporate and foundation support.
In addition to CUNY title overview, responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
+ Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage new corporate and foundation prospects.
+ Identify and assess funding opportunities from private foundations in alignment with College initiatives.
+ Define and set specific funding goals and targets for corporate and foundation relations.
+ Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current and prospective donors through stewardship and engagement activities.
+ Conduct thorough research to analyze and develop strategies for cultivating potential donors.
+ Regularly assess the outcomes of funding strategies and refine approaches to optimize success.
+ Ensure the integrity and quality of donor data within Raiser's Edge.
+ Oversee and mentor a team of junior development officers, fostering professional growth.
+ Maintain ongoing relationships with sponsoring organizations to ensure continued support.
+ Ensure timely and accurate completion of reporting requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor's Degree and eight years' related experience required.
+ Proficiency in donor management software and analytical skills for assessing donor data.
+ Experience managing and developing a team.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary commensurate with education and experience $141,858-$163,000.
