The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Development Director within our Western States Region located in Los Angeles, California.
This position is directly accountable for the Go Red For Women campaign in Los Angeles County and has shared accountability for achieving overall goals for the Los Angeles Division and the Western States region. This includes ensuring that revenue goals are achieved through developing new and cultivating existing relationships and driving revenue and health impact goals through effectively engaging volunteers, other partners, and staff across diverse opportunities.
We have a fast-paced sales type of environment with the main responsibility of driving revenue in support of our mission. We offer a base salary with the potential to earn an incentive up to 25% of your base pay. The potential incentive is based on achieving certain revenue targets and triggers.

Compensation
Expected pay range will be $66,700 to $80,000 annually. This position is incentive eligible based on achieving certain targets. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
