Yellowstone Club's Development department is currently seeking candidates for a Development & Infrastructure Project Manager. This is a full-time year-round position located in Big Sky, Montana.

The purpose of the Development & Infrastructure Project Manager is to assist in the daily operations of Land Development Projects and site infrastructure planning and execution for the Development Department.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly or indirectly supervises employees and/or supervisors; carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Club's policies, procedures and applicable laws; responsibilities include but are not limited to: interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Major Responsibilities

* Ensure that each member and guest receives outstanding guest service in a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.

* Empowered to guarantee total guest satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our guests at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our members and guests and assure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal and ethical manner.

* Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees, members, and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact the General Manager or Human Resources immediately.

* Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a positive working environment.

Essential Job Functions:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. * Manage specified construction work in accordance with engineer/architect's plans, county/state regulations, and other specifications.

* Work with Owner and General Contractor to ensure quality, cost and schedule.

* Monitor construction activities to verify schedules and materials.

* Consult with engineering personnel relative to modification of plans & project scope in order to improve overall project design.

* Study plans/specifications and performs field inspections of construction activity to verify compliance with the contract documents.

* Order procurement of equipment and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules.

* Confer with supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.

* Inspect work in progress to ensure that work conforms to specifications and that construction schedules are adhered to.

* Prepare, or receives from subordinates, reports on progress, materials used and costs, and adjusts work schedules as indicated by reports.

Experience/Education Required

Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering; or equivalent work experience; Minimum 5 years of project management experience for complex commercial, civil or vertical construction projects or large scale master planned developments; 5 years+ experience supervising construction projects of increasing project value.
