- Collaborate and act as a liason with other robotic and tech companies to create exciting new projects
- Work effectively with our Technical Solutions team to ensure that projects are successfully carried out
- Become an expert in all of Richtech's wide array of robots and how to best utilize them in different projects
- Communicate with our China engineering and programming team
- Develop and improve new and existing programs
- Constantly adapt to new technologies and integrate them into our operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's or higher preferred
- Leadership experience in a tech-related role
- Fluency in C++ and Python programming languages
- Basic understanding of marketing and marketing theories is preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin a huge plus
- Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple company initiatives and encourage coworkers to do the same
- Effective communication skills
