Our client, a prominent real estate development firm, is seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead the execution of multifamily projects in key markets. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from due diligence to project completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline goals are met.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of multifamily development projects, including due diligence, entitlement, design, permitting, construction, and leasing.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project goals are met.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and financial performance.
- Manage relationships with investors, city officials, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local zoning, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on multifamily projects.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local market trends and development regulations across the south east.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
