Once youve completed the rotational development program, youll be prepared for a role likely within one of the rotational functions. Where you will begin will be in part based on your talents and strengths, your interests, and available roles upon program completion.
What You Have: - Prospective candidates are required to hold a Four-year degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology prior to their start date.
- Minimum 2.8 GPA
- High academic achievement in their education pursuits
- Engineering internship/work experience is highly preferred
