You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.See Yourself as a DevOps EngineerAs a DevOps Engineer you will work with application developers, release management, the infrastructure IT team and business staff to oversee the code release, combining an understanding of both engineering and coding. From creating and implementing software to analyzing data to improve existing applications, a DevOps Engineer increases productivity in the workplace. You should understand the SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and have a clear understanding of various automation tools for developing build and deploy pipelines (CI/CD Pipelines). As DevOps Engineer you will establish and employ CI (Continuous Integration) tools such as Jenkins, Git, Nexus and Configuration Management Automation tools such as Chef to improve delivery speeds and efficiency. You should also be proficient with Cloud environments (AWS) and have strong experience programming in Ruby, PowerShell or Shell scripts.See Your Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesScripting: Ruby, Shell (Linux - Bash) or PowerShell (Windows)Level 2 support, managing tickets from various IT and business unitsCloud Environment (AWS), CloudFormation Template and TerraformChef automationDevOps tools chain - GitLab, Nexus and JenkinsSee the Job SpecificationsYour Basic Education and Prior Work-Related Experience :Degree Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent ExperienceWork Experience: 2 or more years of prior work-related experienceAdditional Qualifications:Identify manual processes that can be automatedMaintain and improve Radian Cloud infrastructureGuide application teams in designing, building, testing and deploying changes to existing softwareEnhance Radian's IT infrastructure security and audit protocolsFlexibility, Collaboration and Scripting SkillsPreferred Education Level :Masters DegreePreferred Years of Prior Work-Related Experience :3-5 yearsOther Qualifications, including any special skills, capabilities, and competencies :Mastering CI/CD Pipeline (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) and Automation of the environments (Cloud and OnPrem)AWS Certified (preferred), other relevant technical certifications in DevOps related technologiesSee Your LocationRadian is committed to a flexible work environment for many of our roles.
