- Experience with development and testing using salesforce or similar OOP languages (java, c#, etc.), Preferably in an enterprise-level software architecture environment.
- Experience with system optimization tools such as Sonar
- Experience/understanding of agile process and its roles.
- Experience using large scale version control and PMO tools (DevOps, Jira, etc.)
- Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience (at least 1 or more of the following Salesforce modules):
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce Communities and knowledge
- 1+ year of API Integration experience
- Strong preference for candidates who are Salesforce.com certified in the following areas - Certified Platform Developer I, Certified Platform Developer II
- Hands on development experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes etc.
- Build Salesforce solutions on Salesforce Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Communities or Knowledge
- Experience building integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth and Single Sign-On
- Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools such as GIT, Jenkins, Azure DevOps etc.
- A thorough understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process and tools such as ANT, Change Sets and Force.com IDE
- Experience with ETL tools
- Utilizing Agile processes, principles, and techniques, create, verify, document, and implement top-notch business and technical solutions on Salesforce.
- Any development experience in UI technologies such as Bootstrap, Lightning Design System (LDS), Lightning Components Development, AngularJS, jQuery, JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience in training/mentoring a junior developer is a plus.
- Experience/understanding of the healthcare industry is a plus.
