Job description Job Title: Dialysis Nurse Manager Location: Hampton, NY A reputable healthcare organization in the Hampton NY area. is actively searching for a Dialysis Nurse Manager to join their team This role will provide room for career growth, specialization opportunities, and schedule flexibility. Nurse Manager Expectations: Manage staff and programs of the renal dialysis department Coordinate daily operations of dialysis services (9 stations) Monitor standards and guidelines for dialysis treatment Ensure all documentation is completed and audited regularly Lead staff professional development programs Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. 1-2 years' experience. Recommend appropriate patient follow-up and care options. Deliver outstanding customer service through all patient interactions. What you have: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Current Registered Nursing License in NY Recent clinical leadership experience in nephrology, dialysis, and/or critical care nursing experience What we have to offer: Monday Through Friday with occasional Saturday Ability to work directly with the Owner (no corporate red tape) $115,000-$130,000 per year (DOE) Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance And much more The Dialysis Nurse Manager will be offered a competitive base salary, comprehensive benefits package, and desirable schedule to complement this unique nursing leadership opportunity.
