NYS licensed Registered Dietitian to work 3 days a week in an 88 bed SNF with a variety of ages, diagnoses and diets. We are located in Westchester County.
Dietitian to be in-person with patients/residents to evaluate their needs, document changes in their diets and/or weights, interact with the rest of the clinical team, and with resident families.
Knowledge of wound care and supplements required. Must attend care plan meetings on Thursday mornings, Morning meeting every morning when in the facility and remotely if needed.
Knowledge of food service and kitchen sanitation a must. All benefits and salary prorated and based on level of experience and education.
