Alta Implement Company is Hiring Diesel Technicians Alta, Iowa Benefits: $28 - $40 hourly pay 1st shift (7:30 – 5:00, Monday - Friday) Every 3rd Saturday, 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM Overtime after 40 hours Year-end bonus Pay progression based on performance Career progression - opportunity or advancement is based on performance, raises can happen very quickly Training opportunities are provided and paid 100% by the company Uniform and laundry services are provided Health and vision insurance – paid 100% by employer PTO You earn 3 hours of PTO per bi-weekly pay period the first year 4.5 hours for years 2 - 5 6.5 hours for years 6 - 10 7.5 hours after 10 years 6 paid holidays per year Simple IRA with a company-matched contribution of up to 3% Dental insurance – optional, at the employee's expense Life insurance - $20,000 term life paid 100% by the company, with an additional $20,000 AD&D Tool insurance for tools that are on-premise in case of fire, tornado, theft, etc. Air-conditioned shop Requirements: Must have your own tools At least 1 year of diesel technician experience preferred About Alta Implement Company Inc We are a 3rd generation, family-owned, single-store dealership since 1964.
