  • Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with manufacturer and dealership polices
  • Perform thorough and accurate multi point inspections
  • Provide superior customer satisfaction
  • Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and our records
  • Clean and maintain work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety
  • Computerized transactions/record keeping
  • Follow all Company procedures and standards
Qualifications for this job:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have experience in heavy Engine repair (Ford or ASE certified is a plus)
  • OEM or ASE Certifications - Ford / Lincoln certification a plus
  • Must provide own tool set
  • Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
  • Strong time management skills
  • Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
  • Lifting of heavy items of up to 75 pounds
  • Able to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dust
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
  • Must be able to pass background screening and drug test
