Our team of technicians service; including repair, install and maintain a variety of pieces of heavy equipment including hydrovacs, vac trucks, street sweeper, refuse and recycling equipment. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures and perform hydraulic, electrical and mechanical repairs on various types of equipment
- Perform diagnostics to determine repairs required
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance
- Communicate effectively with the Parts & Service teams on job progress and status changes
- Update work order system
- Maintain organized and safe work area, shop tools and service vans

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education from an accredited technical school in diesel engine/hydraulics/heavy equipment repair preferred but not required
- Valid CDL driver's license (or ability to obtain a CDL) and a clean driver's abstract
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- 3+ years' experience working in a mechanic / technician role
- Experienced with hydraulic and/or electrical work
