Responsibilities may include but are not limited to large portion food preparation, stocking, delivery, serving, cleanup, washing dishes and assembling meals.Essential Functions and Responsibilities Includes the Following
- Demonstrates/Articulates an understanding of responsibilities of the assigned positions.
- Verbalizes and applies knowledge of current department policies and procedures.
- Plan, prepare, and serve meals.
- Participate in occasional catering functions.
- Perform all positions within the kitchen.
- Ensure food is held at the required temperature.
- Keep work areas clean, neat, and organized.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
