ResponsibilitiesResponsible for assuring that food preparation/sanitation practices and policies are followed in a safe environmentAssures that residents are prepared and served the diet prescribed by their physicians according to the menu of the dayCompletes other duties as assigned by the Director of Dietary ServicesWill be competent in the use of food preparation equipment, i.e., slicer, grinder, mixer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove, coffee maker etc COVID VACCINATION IS MANDATORY.
