Responsibilities of a Dietary Aide:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals following dietary guidelines and portion control.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences.
• Maintain inventory of dietary supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications of a Dietary Aide:

• Previous experience as a Dietary Aide or similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
