To join this team please have the following requirements:
- Primary series of COVID Vaccination Required (or new bivalent COVID vaccine)
- High school diploma preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Prior work experience with food preparation a plus
- For full time position: ServSafe Certification required for when working as a cook
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the kitchen with meal preparation and meal service to residents
- Responsible to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and eating areas
- Follow direction in regards to compliance with nutritional standards, internal procedures and regulations
- A team player, eager to help out wherever necessary
