ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSEnsures excellent customer service is provided to residents, family members, guests, and staff.
- Serves residents based on their Meal Ticket preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Partners with other neighborhood team members and volunteers by implementing engagement and mealtime opportunities.
- Maintains a clean bistro kitchen by sweeping mopping, dishwashing, and cleaning bistro equipment on every shift.
- Cleans floors and walls in the bistro.
- Stores all tableware and other items in the proper area.
- Properly disposes of trash after each meal.
- Assists in serving residents in the bistros.
III. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
- Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by Director.
- Maintains acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with the department dress code.
- Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
IV. KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum completion of ninth grade or equivalent experience.
- Must be able to follow written and oral directions.
- Must be comfortable working with COVID-positive patients.
- Must comply with Masonic Village vaccination policies.
