Position Summary:
The Dietary Aide is responsible for being a provider of nutrition through taking resident orders, assembling trays, dipping sides and delivering food carts which will including texture modified and therapeutic diets according to the facility menu. The Dietary Aide will be responsible for utilizing proper cleaning procedures in the dining room and kitchen areas according to State and Federal regulations.
Duties:
Directly report to the Healthcare Dining manager and Healthcare Assistant Dining Manager final reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage.
Works and communicates consistently with all dining staff, residents, and the nursing staff
