Key Responsibilities:
+ Dining Area Preparation:Set up tables and dining areas with a focus on cleanliness, order, and presentation.
+ Food Delivery:Serve dishes and trays to residents promptly and courteously.
+ Maintain Cleanliness:Ensure dining areas are clean and well-maintained throughout shifts.
+ Resident Support:Assist residents as needed, providing friendly and respectful service.
Qualifications:
+ Experience:One year of experience in institutional food service preferred.
+ Previous Experience:Experience working with vulnerable populations is a plus.
+ Compassionate Interaction:Ability to interact with residents with dignity, respect, and empathy.
+ Regulatory Knowledge:Ability to follow federal and state regulations regarding food safety regulations.
