Lighthouse Pointe Village, a vibrant senior living community in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our friendly team!
In this role, you will:
- Assist with preparing and serving meals and beverages to residents, following physician-prescribed diets.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation by adhering to all hygiene protocols.
- Maintain a clean and pleasant dining environment by setting up tables, replenishing condiments, and bussing dirty dishes.
- Interact with residents in a courteous and professional manner, fostering a positive dining experience.
- Assist with housekeeping duties in the dining area as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with the dietary team to ensure smooth operations.
You are a great fit for this role if you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Prior experience in a food service setting is a plus.
- Possess a strong commitment to resident care and well-being.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Are reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are able to lift up to 25 lbs.
