Excellent benefits and competitive wages Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for assuring that food preparation/sanitation practices and policies are followed in a safe environment. Assures that residents are prepared and served the diet prescribed by their physicians according to the menu of the day. Completes other duties as assigned by the Director of Dietary Services. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ability to communicate with residents and staff in English. Ability to read and write English. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted.
