JOB SUMMARY:A Dietary Manager is responsible for planning, organizing,developing, and directing the overall operation of the dietary department whileremaining in compliance with established food services standards, policies,procedures, and practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivers high qualitynutritional foods and services to residents
- Schedule, supervise andassign tasks to the Dietary Department
- The Dietary Manager will assist in developing allmenu's
- Assures that eachresident's nutritional adequacy is met
- Maintains pertinent andappropriate records
- Ensure all Federal, State and Local Regulations are met within the Department
- Maintain sufficient inventoryof products
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:CDM(Certified Dietary Manager) preferred or obtained upon hire.
