Small skilled nursing facility in Westchester County seeking a dietary supervisor to cover weekends, opening of kitchen in the mornings and other assigned tasks. Knowledge of Food Service skills in the nursing home setting necessary; must be able to supervise and train staff; must be able to round the kitchen and make corrections to situations as needed. Reports to the Food Service Director. Must have team-based mind set and excellent customer service skills for dealing with both staff and resident/family situations. Knowledge of Geri-menu a plus. Position is part time (3 days per week). Salary to be reviewed upon interview.
