Assistant Living Facility seeking passionate and experienced Dietary Supervisor!

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve meals under administrative supervision.

2. Ensure quality, taste, temperature and presentation.

3. Adhere to DSS/DOH guidelines on food handling, storage and safety.

4. Manage food allergies, dietary needs and portion control.

5. Maintain kitchen sanitation, organization and equipment.

6. Monitor staff compliance with safety guidelines.

7. Participate in menu planning, training and inventory management.

Key Requirements:

• Food preparation and presentation skills
• Knowledge of DSS/DOH guidelines
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Team management and communication skills

Requirements & Experience
