Job Number: 48141Dietary Telephone Interviewer - Bilingual (RTI)Job Description:Dietary Telephone Interviewers must conduct dietary telephone interviews with survey participants for the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), emphasizing the importance and value of their participation.Responsibilities:
- Follow a scripted questionnaire precisely to collect accurate data, ensuring all responses are entered correctly into the system in real-time.
- Engage with participants to address concerns and attempt to convert those who previously declined participation.
- Attend all required training sessions to stay informed on survey protocols and maintain high standards of data quality throughout the collection process.
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer serviceEducation Requirements:
