About the Role: We are seeking a Full-time highly motivated and experienced Dietician to join our team at Bethany Home. As a Dietician, you will be responsible for providing expert nutritional advice and support to our patients. Your main goal will be to promote healthy eating habits and help our patients achieve their health goals. You will work closely with the Bethany team to develop personalized nutrition plans for each patient, monitor their progress, and adjust the plans as needed. Your contribution will be crucial in improving the overall health and well-being of our residents. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification Valid state license to practice as a Dietician Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical nutrition Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Dietetics or related field Experience working with diverse patient populations Experience in a hospital or clinical setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Responsibilities: Assess residents' nutritional needs and develop personalized nutrition plans Provide expert nutritional advice and support to residents Monitor residents' progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed Collaborate with other Bethany team members to ensure comprehensive patient care Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in nutrition and dietetics Skills: As a Dietician, you will use your expertise in nutrition and dietetics to assess residents' nutritional needs, develop personalized nutrition plans, and provide expert nutritional advice and support. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this role, as you will be working closely with patients and other healthcare professionals. In addition, staying up-to-date with the latest research and trends in nutrition and dietetics is crucial to providing the best possible care to our residents.
