Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Nutrition Manager, performs a variety of functions for diet order transcriptions/interpretations, patient menu preparations and modifications via CBORD system. Assist Registered Dietitians in providing nutritional care to patients including clarify patient diet orders as necessary, organized CBORD patient profiles, dietary preferences and verify meal tickets to ensure accuracy of diet orders, proper menu modifications, and timeliness of meal tickets printing for tray assembly. Visit patients for food and menu related information as assigned.•High School Diploma/GED with basic nutrition training, Associate/Bachelor degree in Nutrition or related fields preferred, Ability to read English.•Ability to follow oral and written instruction•Affiliations with Academy of Nutrition and Dietetic or other allied health associations preferred•Basic computer and effective communication skills, ability to maintain a positive attitude•Light physical work - standing and walking •Risk of kitchen mishaps, such as burns, cuts, and wet floors, possible exposure to patient illness at bedside
