You will be responsible for oversight and management of the teams that prepares, labels, stores and delivers all formulas and human milk in the Nutrition Room for infants, pediatric and adult patient populations. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced and innovative environment. This is located in an acute care setting in Cleveland, OH. Key Responsibilities: Provides oversight of systems and processes to ensure the strategic and operational objectives for the department are met. Establishes goals and oversees implementation of new and changing processes. Hires, leads, directs, trains, develops, and evaluates, new and existing nutrition technician team members. Provide progressive counseling if warranted. Communicates effectively with all care team members and patients through conferences, individual consultation, and committee participation. This includes telephone, written, and electronic communication. Participates in meetings where department goals are established and implements action plan to achieve expected outcomes. Completes all required projects, documentation, reports, and logs in a timely, professional, and thorough manner. Directs the successful daily operation of nutrition rooms.
