Duties/Responsibilities • Providing nutrition program guidance and technical assistance. • Conducting training related to menu planning, food service operations and maintaining required records consistent with the Child and Adult Care Food Program regulations. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working for a federally funded child nutrition program, such as the Child and Adult Care Food Program. • Experience analysing results of on-site reviews and preparing written reports on a wide range of nutrition related tasks to support contracted operations. • Experience using Microsoft Office Programs in addition to an online payment processing system Minimum Qualifications Candidates must be Registered Dietitians with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
