- Good exposure to Digital Adoption in an organization
- Experience in building training content on WalkMe & WhatFix meeting business needs
- Scripting experience for customized training on WalkMe & WhatFix
- Guide the end users to help them build their own training content
- Support business functions on identification of the problem and provide solutions pertaining to Digital Adoption tools like WalkMe/WhatFix
- Ability to work in team and drive adoption
- Ability to understand Digital transformation state of the organization and help build the roadmap
