The Digital Banking Analytics Specialist works to provide analytics, predictive models and data driven insight on channel performance, user behavior and competitive positioning. Serves as data steward for remote channel information and works closely with internal and external business partners to define, load and validate channel data in enterprise data stores. Areas of oversight include: •Analytics •Data Integration •Dashboards •Reporting Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures. Essential Functions: •Use analytics to interpret information from multiple data sources (internal and external databases, CRM systems, reports, application logs, etc.) and identify actionable insights for channel optimization, performance, marketing opportunities and operational needs. •Works closely with Information Management & Analytics team to support the definition, development and exposure of remote channel data •Develop and maintain executive and operational level dashboards •Develop ad hoc queries and reports to inform business decisions •Manage internal data mining, model development and channel analytics •Work closely with internal and external business partners Other •This description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Required Minimum Qualifications: •High school Diploma or equivalent. •2+ years' experience in progressively demanding analytical roles. •Proven ability to integrate disparate sources of information into a coherent story that answers specific business questions. •Strong problem analysis, critical thinking and analytical capabilities. •Demonstrated ability accessing data in a relational database environment. •MicroStrategy, Teradata or equivalent experience. •Proficiency with Structured Query Language (SQL). •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to manipulate data and develop reports. •Excellent communication skills, including the ability to develop clear and effective presentations of data and research findings. •Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously and meet deadlines. •Located or willing to relocate to the Metro Atlanta area. •Complies with all Credit Union policies and procedures including those related to Bank Secrecy Act regulations. Preferred Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or related field.
