About the role:

The Digital Banking Operations Associate needs to be a partner who can work collaboratively with the Digital Banking Operations Manager and Head of Digital Banking to execute on strategies that optimize digital banking operations and enhance customer experience. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations within the department. Responsibilities include supporting digital banking platforms, assisting customers with banking products and services such as digital online and mobile banking, and treasury product support. In this position you must be proficient in MCB's digital products and services, ensuring a high-level experience for customers and employees.

This role performs the day-to-day digital banking operations duties, while also supporting other internal customers. This role must be able to interact with various levels of management, outside vendors, and internal and external Bank clients.

Duties and responsibilities of the job include the following (but is not limited too):

* Onboard new clients and perform maintenance to support digital banking services both Retail & Commercial.

* Assist clients in trouble shooting, general inquiries, system capabilities, password resets, and provide training on the system, when necessary.

* Monitor and resolve issues related to digital transactions.

* Collaborate with IT and external vendors to address technical issues and enhance user experience.

* Perform all duties for the Online Account Opening service.

* Work closely with the Fraud department to escalate or investigate Online Accounts opened that require further attention.

* Enroll customers in new services as required.

* Function as secondary level contact for digital banking client contact.

* Participate in internal and external meetings when requested on digital banking products or systems.

* Assist with system testing, upgrades, or conversions.

* Assist in the implementation of new digital banking features and services.

* Provide training and support to staff and customers on digital banking tools and services.

* Work closely with internal departments to ensure operational standards, polices and controls are consistent with the most current regulatory and risk management guidelines.

* Maintain monthly statistics reporting for the various online banking services and customer usage.

* Other duties and projects assigned.

Preferred experience, education, and qualifications:

* At least 3 years banking experience, particularly in Digital Banking Services and products, Cash Management products, Online Account Opening systems, and Fraud Tools.

* Prefer bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the field of banking or finance.

* Working knowledge and understanding of federal/state laws regarding bank operations

* Ability to operate banking software and other general office equipment.

* Able to work with minimal direction, demonstrate initiative-taking problem-solving ability, deal with time pressures and changing priorities.

* Strong technical skills.

* Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

* Perform quality work within determined timeframes

* Interact professionally with other employees, customers, vendors and shareholders

* Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees, departments, divisions, etc.

* Work on ad-hoc tasks, assignments and projects as needed

Potential Salary: ~$80,000 annually

This salary range only reflects base wages and does not include benefits, bonus, or incentive pay. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law.
