Digital Banking Operations Specialist (NE-9)Chelsea Groton is looking to hire a motivated and dynamic individual for our Digital Banking Department. The Digital Banking Operations Specialist has extensive knowledge about Digital Banking Products. The ideal candidate will bea motivated and personable individual who provides outstanding service in a professional manner with strong attention to detail and time management skills. Responsibilities and Requirements vary based on job level. Expectations include:
- Actively participate in the development, implementation, and testing of new Digital Banking services, as well as functionalities associated with existing accounts and services. Performs comprehensive discovery and testing, provides detailed reports of findings and effectively communicates to various individuals, departments and vendors.
- Interacts with internal and external team members on inquiries around Online & Mobile Banking, Video Banking Machines, Cash Management Services, and Card Services. Collaborates with individuals, departments and vendors to reach a successful resolution of these inquiries.
- Provides daily support to all internal and external customers in a professional, effective, and timely manner.
- Assists business banking clients in systems and applications for Online Banking, ACH Origination, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Check Deposit, etc.; establishes and maintains business checking accounts.
- Assists with debit card processing, including transactions inquiries, disputes, and card issuance.
