Digital Banking Specialist 231 Hill Road, Rome, NY 13441 Starting pay rate: $63,085 to $78,857 annually, actual rate will depend on experience Remote Status: Hybrid Eligible Who Are We? The Position: AmeriCU Credit Union is in search of a Digital Banking Specialist who aligns directly with our mission to provide our members with the right financial services to live life, dream big, and achieve financial success, and our vision to be the most admired organization in every community we serve. The Digital Banking Specialist will:
  • Supporting the Credit Unions online and mobile banking (digital banking) platforms.
  • Researching, recommending, and implementing improvements to the online and mobile banking platforms.
  • Performing and assisting in all activities of the Bank's Digital Banking Operations including, but not limited to, online/mobile banking
What you will do: As a Digital Banking Specialist your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Provide Tier II support and troubleshooting to both internal and external customers for the retail and business digital banking platforms and cash management solutions.
  • Plan and lead the testing, implementing, and maintaining of new features and enhancements for all digital banking platforms
  • Research complex issues and escalates to Supervisor and/or Third-party Partner when necessary
  • Review and act on all NCR releases.
  • Positively contribute as a team member on multiple projects, committees as well as in day-to-day operations
  • Reporting and monitoring of accounts, and supports other departments as needed
  • Supports digital banking initiatives to attain desired account growth, service quality, and profit objectives
  • Performs specialized operational duties associated with all Digital Banking functions
  • Assists in the planning and implementation of projects
  • Meets designated SLA for handling requests while adhering to departmental procedures and guidelines
  • Possess a strong knowledge and understanding of all AmeriCU digital banking and cash management solutions
  • Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
  • Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and assist with developing solutions
  • Plan and manage digital banking goals, project schedules and new information
