Currently, we are looking for a Digital Banking Specialist (Operations Representative). This is a Monday through Friday position located in our Operations Center in Woodsville, NH.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through electronic communications and over the telephone.
- File various documents.
- Process various types of account maintenance
- Process Visa check card applications and maintenance
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use and learn computer-based systems
- Strong customer service skills
