POSITION SUMMARY As a Digital Brand Coordinator, you will be responsible for the development and execution of all loyalty marketing content. Your creativity and attention to detail will be instrumental in engaging audiences and building brand loyalty across multiple platforms including brand websites, social media platforms and email/loyalty programs. Copywriting, and social media management experience preferred. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Including, but not limited to: Loyalty/Email Marketing: • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeting the Loyalty Club Members to drive guest engagement, retention, and sales through all channels. • Create and manage email marketing calendars, including scheduling and segmentation of targeted campaigns. • Responsible for creative development of emails to ensure content is optimized for maximum open and click-through rates and is compliant with email marketing regulations and best practices. • Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and analyze data to refine strategies and improve results and obtain campaign objectives. Social Media: • Develop and implement social media strategies that increase brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty across various social platforms. • Work with brand team to create a content calendar outlining key themes, topics, and posting schedules for each channel. Responsible for development of high-quality, engaging content (including graphics, photos, videos, and captions) that aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences. Requires visiting restaurants and creating content onsite. • Organize and execute social media contests and promotions to boost engagement and grow our follower base. • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to guest inquiries and feedback. • Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and ensure we remain relevant. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e., culinary, operations, guest relations) to develop social media content related to specific opportunities or needs. • Special projects and other duties as assigned. Marketing Websites: • Manage the brand website to ensure content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging and promotions. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS Experience/Training: • 1-3 years of experience in social media management, loyalty/email or digital marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), word, and excel. • Preferred experience and interest in video/photography trends.
