What We Need:

The Digital Campaign Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing our digital processes, enhancing team performance, and ensuring that our sales initiatives are effectively supported through technology and data-driven strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for digital transformation.

What You'll Do:

  • Team Leadership

    • Manage and mentor a team of digital campaign specialists, ensuring they are aligned with sales goals and equipped to excel in their roles.

    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

  • Digital Strategy Development

    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize digital operations that support sales processes and enhance customer engagement.

    • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform digital strategy.

  • Sales Support

    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify digital tools and resources that improve efficiency and drive revenue growth.

    • Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing sales performance.

  • Project Management

    • Oversee the planning and execution of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

    • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline processes and improve workflow.

  • Training and Development

    • Design and implement training programs for the sales team on digital tools and platforms.

    • Stay current on digital marketing and sales technologies to continuously enhance team skills.

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in digital operations, sales support, or a related role.• Proven experience managing teams and leading projects in a digital environment.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
