About the team This team is working on a new confidential product line and is dedicated to enhancing the platform's content development strategy and influence. They analyze user needs and industry trends to formulate content development strategies. The team focuses on working with creators, encouraging high-quality content creation, and ensuring the authenticity and usefulness of the content. At the same time, they actively organize various campaigns, explore trending topics, and collaborate closely with multiple departments to provide users with a rich variety of high-quality content, driving the continuous growth and expansion of the platform. In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time. Responsibilities - Support the operations team with regards to execution of campaigns, as well as data monitoring and summarization to ensure campaigns run smoothly. This includes: 1. Campaign execution: Campaign interactive testing and troubleshooting abnormal behavior. 2. Data monitoring and analysis: Monitor campaign data and user feedback, and promptly assist the operations team in adjusting campaign strategies. 3. Campaign summarizing: Analyze campaign data, summarize the effectiveness of campaigns, and optimize campaign plans based on data. - Support other projects of the operations team: User reach, user surveying etc. - Ad-hoc support: Provide support on additional tasks and requests as needed to meet business requirement. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. - Have a good understanding of data and bugs, and efficient problem feedback and communication skills. - Deep understanding of how to execute a campaign and the various mechanisms required to run a campaign. - Ability to analyze and summarize campaign data. - Have excellent project management skills to drive project progress effectively, and handle various challenges to ensure project completion is on time and done with quality. Preferred Qualifications - Possess excellent teamwork skills and a high sense of responsibility, with the ability to actively collaborate with others to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
