JOB DESCRIPTIONSummary/Objective Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for crafting digital content that captivates and engages? We're on the lookout for a Digital Content Specialist who will bring our brand to life online! If you love blending creativity with strategy, this role is for you.You'll be at the heart of our digital presence, creating blogs, articles, social media posts, landing pages and refreshing web content that not only tells our story, but also connects with our audiences across diverse markets. From brainstorming fresh ideas to executing digital campaigns that boost brand awareness, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how the world sees us.You'll dive into understanding our target markets and help steer the ship by creating compelling content, publishing across platforms, and tracking campaign success. We will look to you to offer creative insights to help our marketing team keep pushing the boundaries.   • Write clear, compelling short and long copy for various mediums and audiences (e.g. web copy, newsletters, social media, email campaigns, ads, signage, and internal and customer-facing communication)
  • Develop quarterly content plans with strategic direction from Marketing Manager and oversee deliverable timelines to ensure we meet deadlines
  • Publish content that meets editorial guidelines across social media channels and support amplification of content by employees and partners
  • Collaborate well with the creative team to come up with appropriate visual content
  • Interpret copywriting briefs and project requests from various teams
  • Serve as point of contact for SEO / Web Agency Partner and serve as liaison between partner and marketing team
  • Monitor and communicate best practices and developments in digital content management and SEO. Hold accountable partner firm on deliverables.
  • Aggregate web and digital marketing analytics, including periodic and ad hoc reporting, and set and assess performance against goals.
  • Serve as day-to-day owner of customer experience interface, content CRM and troubleshoot any issue that may arise (training will be provided)
  • Maintain continuity of company's digital presence, ensuring content adheres to style guides and visual design standards, and platforms are brand compliant, functional, and current
  • Manage campaigns in CRM and ensure trackability
  • Monitor competitors' activity and keep pulse on activities to be able to report on important developments and strategic opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience in developing long-form case studies for publication
  • At least 3 years of experience as a content strategist or in a similar role with progressively increasing responsibilities
  • The ability to flexibly work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively with the Marketing Team
  • Planning and Organizational skills
  • The ability to multi-task
  • A sample of previous work showcasing relevant skills
  • Knowledge of SEO is a plus
  • Bi-lingual or Multi-lingual in German a plus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time salary exempt position. Hours of work are general Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day. 40 hours per week. Some overtime is expected.TravelDomestic and some international travel: 10-15%Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no direct reports.Benefits
