POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Digital Content Specialist to join our team. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with expertise in social media management, videography, photography, and website management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating compelling digital content and optimizing its performance across various platforms to strengthen our brand presence and engagement.
This role reports to the Director of Marketing.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will work in a hybrid capacity, spending three days in the office and two days remote per week, following a 12-week training period of 4 days in office per week.
Based in the Dallas, TX office, the role is situated in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with a dedicated workspace. On-site work is primarily in a climate-controlled setting, with occasional time spent on the semi-outdoor production floor. Flexibility in scheduling and a willingness to travel is required to support trade shows and marketing events throughout the year.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's goals and branding.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across all social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Videography and Photography
• Plan and produce high-quality video and photo content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Edit video and photo content to ensure professional and visually appealing outputs.
• Maintain an organized library of media assets for future use.
• Stay updated on trends in visual content creation to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
Website Management
• Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, optimize web copy, and ensure alignment with marketing initiatives.
• Monitor website performance, traffic, and engagement metrics using analytics tools.
• Troubleshoot website issues and liaise with developers or IT as needed.
Trade Show Support:
• Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, setup, and on-site support. Represent the company and assist sales staff at events.

• Strong understanding of social media analytics, SEO principles, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in social media management, videography, photography, and website maintenance.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software
