Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Digital Data Analyst to join our dynamic Information Technology team in the Logistics and Supply Chain industry. As a valued contractor, you will play a crucial role in providing insights for digital experiences. Collaborating closely with the data team, you will contribute to the effective delivery of digital experience insights, utilizing various MarTech applications.Job Duties:
- Create, maintain, and publish insightful dashboards using tools such as Web Analytics, Fullstory, Qualtrics, and Data Warehouse.
- Investigate potential issues and gaps using applications to report findings through appropriate presentation tools.
- Utilize data analytics and modeling skills to analyze digital, operational, session replay, VOC, customer call center, and other data sources, aiming to enhance digital experiences at our organization.
- Understand audience creation in Adobe Audience Manager (DMP) and leverage these audiences for robust insights.
- Use website debugger to analyze the tagging on ups.com for troubleshooting and analytics planning.
Other Duties:
- Identify and collaborate with all affected groups and functions to support project impact.
- Research trends and best practices, continuously developing industry knowledge and expertise.
- Make decisions about prioritizing or planning your own work.
- Apply technical problem-solving and analytical processes.
- Maintain and apply specific knowledge of information systems elements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred; data analytics degree is a plus.
- Preferred knowledge in MarTech tools, Adobe Analytics, Fullstory, Qualtrics, and Microsoft Power BI.
- 3+ years of digital data analytics experience.
