As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and user-centric digital assets across various online platforms/channels. Leveraging your expertise in graphic design, user interface (UI) design, and digital media, you will contribute to the development of engaging and effective digital experiences. This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, strong technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of design principles to produce high-quality digital content.
Flexible Work Policy: The Digital Designer position has been segmented as Remote Anywhere meaning the work is completed 100% remote/virtual anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
Develop eye-catching images and multimedia elements for websites, social media, and other digital channels.
User Interface (UI) Design:
Design and optimize user interfaces for websites, applications, and other digital products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers and developers, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
Digital Media Production:
Produce engaging and dynamic multimedia content, including animations, and interactive graphics.
Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into digital media projects.
Web Design:
Collaborate with web developers to create visually appealing and functional website designs.
Ensure responsive design principles are applied for optimal user experience across various devices.
Brand Consistency:
Creative Ideation:
Contribute creative ideas and concepts to enhance the overall digital presence and marketing strategies.
Other duties as assigned by manager
RELATIONSHIPS
Internal: Collaborates closely across the Category Management team, Marketing, and Creative.
External: Collaborates with outside vendors and suppliers, directs 3rd party resources on project related efforts.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
3 years proven experience as a Digital Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital design projects with agency or corporate experience
Proficiency in design/digital software and tools, with a solid understanding of visual design principles
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies in the digital design space
Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Sketch, etc.) and other relevant tools
Work closely with marketing teams, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design assets in fast paced environment
Up to 10% of travel.
EDUCATION
Universal pay verbiage :
Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $65,000 and $100,000.
This role will also receive annual incentive plan bonus.
