Job Description Summary: Position Objective Concepting, designing, and producing assets and explorations that support See's Candies brand vision across all selling channels. As part of the Creative Team, this role will focus on executing digital creative for e-commerce site assets optimized for mobile and desktop, 360 marketing and seasonal campaigns, social media, and print collateral to meet brand standards and deadlines. The pay range for this position is expected to be $90,000-$100,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Job Description: POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Concept and produce inspired, on-brand creative for ecommerce site assets, 360 campaigns, print and digital advertising, paid and organic social, retail environments, some print collateral, and promotional materials, applying best practices and strong design principles. 2. Tell visual stories and proactively partner with creative director, art director, copywriters, and marketing leaders to develop integrated seasonal assets and 360 campaigns that reflect our brand expression and unique point of view. 3. Push boundaries using our brand style guides as a springboard, create fresh, innovative design solutions to elevate our brand across all marketing touchpoints. 4. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop seasonal initiatives and campaigns. This includes project kickoffs, internal creative reviews, and presentation of designs to marketing and channel owners. 5. Support creative development from concept through final execution while aligning to brief asks, schedules and deadlines. 6. Be a driver of digital innovation - partner with creative, e-commerce, and social management teams to utilize best practices and strategies for website UX, functionality, mobile, display ads, and social media. 7. Bachelor's Degree in Design, Art or related field; equivalent related experience may be considered in lieu of degree. 2. An outstanding portfolio! One that showcases your talent as a designer and your experience in a retail or consumer brand environment. 3. Knowledge of and passion for all aspects of design. You thrive on bringing new ideas to fruition. 4. 3-5 years of design experience, preferably in an in-house retail team or consumer brand environment. 5. Collaborative team player who can effectively communicate with multiple teams in a corporate environment. Solid understanding of business requirements and how they influence the final output. Able to respond to and act upon critical feedback. 6. Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to navigate tight deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. 7. Self-motivated and decisive, with the ability to adapt quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner. 8. Excellent client-facing skills; ability to deliver appropriate and effective communication with strong interpersonal skills. 9. Exceptional design skills and technical aptitude with the ability to prepare files based on final output needs; stay current with industry trends. 10. Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner. 11. Expert in digital design along with best practices for desktop, mobile, UX/UI, and grid systems. Extremely proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including XD, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat. Mac proficiency with the ability to work in Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint; Experience in Project management tools like Jira and Monday.com a plus. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, in addition to a full range of generous medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
